FastSwift is a SwiftUI boilerplate designed to help developers accelerate their iOS mobile app development.
3. Use of Content
Upon purchasing the boilerplate code from FastSwift, users are granted the right to download and use the code for creating iOS apps. While users own the downloaded code, reselling or redistributing it is strictly prohibited.
4. License to Use
Please refer to our License Agreement for details on our usage license.
5. Responsibilities
You are responsible for any software created using FastSwift's code. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use and development of new software with FastSwift's code. FastSwift is not responsible for the user's actions with the FastSwift boilerplate code.
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, the FastSwift boilerplate cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.

8. General Terms
You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and FastSwift due to your use of these services. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for FastSwift. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use or modification of the FastSwift code source.

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Denmark.
