FastSwift License Agreement

This license agreement governs your use of the FastSwift boilerplate available at https://fastswift.pro. By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, FastSwift, the owner of the FastSwift boilerplate, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Personal License to use the FastSwift boilerplate for the purpose of creating unlimited iOS mobile apps for personal or commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the FastSwift boilerplate to create similar products.
• Use the FastSwift boilerplate in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer the FastSwift boilerplate or any rights granted under this Agreement.

Violation of any of these restrictions may result in the immediate termination of your license to use the FastSwift boilerplate. Furthermore, FastSwift reserves the right to pursue legal processes and remedies available under applicable laws in response to such violations.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

FastSwift retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the FastSwift boilerplate. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the FastSwift boilerplate.

4. Warranty and Disclaimer

The FastSwift boilerplate is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. FastSwift strongly advises that you thoroughly test the FastSwift boilerplate in your specific development environment before relying on it for any critical applications or projects.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FastSwift shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the FastSwift boilerplate, even if FastSwift has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denmark.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and FastSwift concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
